All-Around Front Desk Clerk (M/F) (24 hours)

Job Description: As an All-Around Front Desk Associate, you’ll enjoy interacting with customers both in person and over the phone. You’ll love that no two days are the same.

• You are responsible for handling motorcycle parts and accessories.
• You process incoming orders and ensure that they are delivered on time.
• In addition, you have a good understanding of various IT systems and process warranty claims.

Your workdays are Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.

The Duties of an All-Around Front Desk Clerk

• Customer Contact and Customer Advisory Services
• Sale of Parts/Accessories  
• Managing Inventory in the Warehouse
• Warranty Claims Processing
• Purchasing Parts
• Reception Duties and Billing
• An open and friendly approach to customers
