When I was thirteen, I started tinkering with motorcycles at Sven's father's place. I quickly became fascinated by the technology behind them.
When I was fifteen, I got my first moped, of course. I restored it from wreck to new. I rode it for thousands of kilometers, which motorcycles served to further fuel my passion for motorcycles . After that, I had a few more mopeds (one of which I still own), but that came to an end when I got my driver's license. Not long after, I reached the age where I could get my motorcycle license, which I did as soon as possible, of course.
After high school, I started studying psychology at a university of applied sciences. After just one month, I realized that this wasn't for me at all. So I decided to go into engineering after all. I then worked for a gas turbine company for a year. I learned a lot there and gained valuable experience in engineering. Although this was interesting, I wanted to pursue an education, and my passion for motorcycles came motorcycles into play. That's why I sat down with Sven and decided to do a vocational training program, combined with a job at Motor Venray.
This is where I belong: surrounded by motorcycles, technology, tools, learning new things, and a really nice team that I am incredibly happy to be a part of.
